Ss316 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
Please read this document carefully before using any services provided by ss316. By registering an account or using this platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all terms set out herein.

1. Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and ss316 ("Platform"). By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the ss316 platform, you confirm that you have read and agreed to comply with all terms contained in this document.
To use the ss316 platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age at the time of account registration.
- Be an individual with full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
- Not be located in a jurisdiction that prohibits participation in online gambling activities.
- Not have been designated as a restricted or prohibited person by any relevant authority.
Ss316 reserves the right to request proof of identity or age at any time. Accounts that do not meet eligibility requirements may be suspended or closed without prior notice.
Continued use of the ss316 platform following any changes to these Terms & Conditions will be deemed as acceptance of those changes. Please review this page periodically.
2. Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to register one account only. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed. You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration.
Ss316 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any stage, including requesting copies of valid identification documents. Failure to comply with verification requests within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. ss316 will never ask for your password via email or live chat. All activity conducted under your account is considered your own.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact the ss316 support team immediately at [email protected] and change your password right away.
Prohibited Activities
Users are prohibited from engaging in the following activities while using the ss316 platform:
- Using automated software, bots, or any other unfair methods to gain an advantage in games.
- Sharing your account with others or allowing any third party to access or use your account.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, forgery, or manipulation of the platform's systems.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity.
- Posting defamatory, threatening, or inappropriate content on any communication channel within the platform.
3. Payment Information, Deposits & MYR Transactions
All financial transactions on the ss316 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits can be made via approved online banking methods, including DuitNow and local internet banking available to Malaysian users.
- Minimum deposit limits may vary depending on the payment method selected.
- Deposited funds may only be used for gambling purposes within the ss316 platform.
- Ss316 is not responsible for any additional fees charged by third-party banking institutions.
- Successful deposits will be credited to your account within the stipulated timeframe, depending on the payment method used.
- Withdrawal requests are subject to an identity verification process, which may be required prior to approval.
- The minimum withdrawal amount is displayed in your account settings.
- Ss316 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals for review purposes if any suspicious activity is detected.
- Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the chosen method and may take several business days.
All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific wagering requirements stated separately. Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash without meeting the stipulated conditions. ss316 reserves the right to void any bonus obtained through unauthorised means or fraudulent activity.
4. Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Ss316 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform, including service interruptions, technical failures, or data loss caused by factors beyond our control.
All content on the ss316 platform — including logos, graphics, text, interfaces, and software code — is the exclusive property of ss316 or its respective licensors. Users are prohibited from copying, distributing, or reusing any content without prior written consent.
The ss316 platform may contain links to third-party websites for informational purposes. ss316 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Access to third-party websites is entirely at the user's own risk.
5. Account Policy, Suspension & Changes to Terms
Account Suspension & Closure
Ss316 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any user account at any time without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user has violated any terms in this document, engaged in fraudulent activity, or misused the platform.
In cases where an account is closed due to a breach of terms, ss316 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance if the violation involves fraud or system abuse. For closures requested by the user, any valid balance will be processed for withdrawal in the usual manner following identity verification.
Changes to Terms
Ss316 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where ss316 operates. Any disputes arising from or relating to the use of this platform shall first be resolved through negotiation. If a negotiated resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be referred to the appropriate dispute resolution mechanism under the relevant law.
